Information we collect
When you enquire by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact number, preferred occupancy and move-in date.
At check-in, we collect KYC documentation required for a paying-guest stay: an Aadhaar card copy and a passport-size photograph.
How we use your information
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a property tour, process your booking, maintain resident records and meet local regulatory requirements for guest accommodation.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Website data
This website does not require an account and does not host a payment gateway. Standard server logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to keep the site secure and reliable.
Embedded Google Maps frames are served by Google and are subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Data retention and security
Resident records and KYC documents are retained for the duration of your stay and for as long as required by applicable law, after which they are securely disposed of.
Access to resident information is limited to authorised Positive Aura staff.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to positiveaurapg@gmail.com or calling +91 75670 00677. Requests are actioned subject to any legal retention obligations.
